Chantier numériccq - Answers to your questions

Since January 12, the improved online services of the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) have been accessible. Already, more than 91,000 clients have created their accounts, and more than 41,000 monthly reports have been submitted, representing 62% of all monthly reports expected by the end of the week.

More tools and resources are available to support you with creating or linking your account, including extended hours at the call centre, and temporary offices on the South Shore (St-Bruno) and North Shore (Mascouche) of Montréal, open until January 30.

We know that this transition means a big change. You may have many questions, and we’re there to guide you at each step.

Here are answers to the most common questions.

  • Why was it necessary to make the change to the improved online services?

We understand that some time is needed to master the new systems. We therefore offer several tools to help you create and link your account and to navigate through the improved online services.

This step will enable our online services to evolve gradually to become simpler, more efficient, and better adapted to your needs.

  • How can I access the total of my vacation pay?

We know that you want to see the amounts accumulated for the vacation cheques. We are working to provide you with a complete view, as we did on our old online platform, for the next vacation pay period.

Until then, to see the amounts accumulating for the next vacation pay, go to the section “Mes heures enregistrées” under “Mon dossier.” Until the accumulated amount is available, you can calculate it manually by following the explanations in the article Calculer le montant de la paie de vacances, offered in the content at the top of the page.

  • Is the MÉDIC Construction application still working?

The MÉDIC Construction application is working normally. To access it, you must create your new account in the improved online services.

You may have to update the application.

To do this, you must completely uninstall the MÉDIC application on your device and then reinstall it from your app store to get the most recent version. This often resolves this kind of problem.
