Chantier numériccq – Reminder of the support measures to guide you

The Chantier numériccq is officially launched! Since last week, our improved online services have been accessible to offer you a simple, rapid, and secure experience. More than 73,000 clients have created their account and more than 30,000 monthly reports have been submitted on the platform.

Please note that the deadline for transmission of the November and December monthly reports via the online services, as well as their payment, originally set for January 27, 2026, has been extended to January 30, 2026, with no penalty, to give you additional time. 

This digital transformation marks an important step in modernizing our tools and better responding to your needs. To guide you in this digital transition, we have implemented some extra measures, including:

  • Extended hours at the call centre 
    Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
    Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 
    We have doubled the number of resources available to help you with creating and linking your account.
  • Two temporary counters 
    On the South Shore (St-Bruno) and the North Shore (Mascouche) of Montréal for easier access
  • Extended hours at the Abitibi, Bas-Saint-Laurent–Gaspésie, and Côte-Nord offices
    Monday to Friday: from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m.

Are you an employer who needs help with your monthly report?

Since last Monday, a higher volume of calls than usual has caused longer wait times than desirable for employers. Our teams are working to quickly resolve any issue that may arise, and this week we are adding more staff members to respond to the high demand.
