Since January 12, the improved online services of the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) have been accessible and functional.

We know that this transition represents a major change for our clients, and we are aware of the efforts being asked of you. Rest assured that our experts are here to support you.

The new digital tools are constantly monitored so that any problematic situation faced by our clients is resolved quickly.

Here are the facts:

• More than 97,000 clients have created their accounts on the improved online services, including 86% of the 30,000 employers registered with the CCQ. 
• More than 51,000 monthly reports have been filed, representing 77% of the monthly reports expected by the end of this week.
• Over the last 24 hours, we have received 10,000 new monthly reports, showing continuous progress.
• The filing of and payment for the November and December 2025 monthly reports in the improved online services, initially due on January 27, 2026, have been delayed to January 30,2026, without penalty, to provide employers with more time. 
• If it is impossible for company to file or pay its monthly report by January 30 due to a technical issue beyond its control, it will not suffer any prejudice or penalty. We ask clients in this situation to contact us immediately.

• Reserved phone lines, to which we have added specialized resources to guide you, including a line for accounting firms
• Temporary offices on the South Shore (St-Bruno) and North Shore (Mascouche) of Montréal available until January 30
