Deployment of the Chantier numériccq: Report on the first month after launch

The improved online services of the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) have now been accessible to the industry as a whole for a month. 

Over these four weeks, the industry has shown a marked engagement with the new platform, with 134,273 client accounts created.

Our teams have been on the spot to answer their questions, with 10,538 served at the counter (compared to 7,370 last year) and 85,442 calls processed (compared to 54,569 last year).

These figures testify to the scope of the digital shift undertaken, but also to the willingness of workers, employers, and partners to appropriate these new tools.
