The sector-based agreement for the residential sector of the construction industry has been concluded. New rates for this sector will come into force on July 27, 2025, which is the first day of the August monthly report period.

In addition to wage rates, changes to rates for taxable benefits and social benefits contributions will also come into effect on July 27, 2025 for the sector.
