Therefore, the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) confirms that no closures of construction sites are planned for this period except for those already established by the collective agreements, if applicable. Nor will there be any impact on the CCQ, whose offices will be closed from December 18, 2020, at 4:30 pm, to January 3, 2021, inclusive:

All “Customized Referral” requests submitted during this period will be processed starting Monday, January 4, 2021.
Notice of hiring and termination
The online service will remain available for submitting a notice of hiring or termination. If a notice of hiring requires any supplementary verifications, the request will be transferred for processing and a information feedback will be sent by the online service by January 6, 2021. Although the confirmation number will be issued when our offices open, the CCQ will keep track of the capture date.
The labour pools will be closed from December 18, 2020, to January 4, 2021. It will be possible to consult the labour pools again starting January 5, 2021.
