The documentary mini-series is divided into four videos with specific subthemes:
“Respect for the trades: It counts!” deals with aspects related to individuals’ skills and the pride of accomplishing high-quality work by learning a trade and transmitting knowledge from journeyman to apprentice.
“Respect for work: It counts!” addresses questions related to under-the-table work and highlights the many advantages of working in compliance with the collective agreements.
“Respect for competition: It counts!” examines the importance of respecting the rules so that all employers can work on an equal footing, offer fair prices, and hire skilled workers who get paid what they’re Worth.
“Respect for the agreements: It counts!” looks at the importance of complying with the collective agreements to ensure a healthy working environment, contribute to smooth operation of construction sites, and build high-quality projects.
