Changes to the office hours at the Commission de la construction du Québec’s regional offices will come into effect on September 17.

In an effort to improve accessibility to telephone services, the CCQ has identified the counters at which the level of activity is the lowest and has adjusted their office hours in order to assign more resources to the service is the highest – telephone services.

Following this logic, for the counters at which the level of activity is highest, the services have been standardized: the Montréal and Québec City offices will be open between noon and 1:00 p.m.

It should be noted that following these changes, the hours of telephone services to the clientele will not change.
