Due to the resumption of the labour conflict at Canada Post, some current activities at the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) will see delays.

Please be sure that the CCQ is taking the measures required to maintain the sending and receipt of the necessary documents for services that are a high priority.

Even in the case of disruptions of postal service, you are responsible for fulfilling your obligations to the CCQ, as set out by the laws and regulations. These include, for example, payments or documents that must be provided. Alternative means exist for you to fulfil these obligations.

Consult the measures established by the CCQ and the alternative means available to you so you can respect your obligations.

Reissurance of October 2025 pension cheques 

The CCQ had to reissue the October 2025 pension cheques, as they had already been mailed before the labor dispute began. The new cheques will be sent to customers by private messenger service and will therefore replace those originally issued.

Please note that due to this situation beyond our control, there may be an additional delay of a few days before receiving the reissued cheques.
