Canada Post return to service: End of measures taken by the CCQ

Given the partial return to service of Canada Post as of Saturday, October 11, 2025, please note that the Commission de la Construction du Québec (CCQ) has restarted sending documents to its clientele by regular mail. Therefore, deliveries of documents by private courier services will stop.

However, delays in the delivery of documents are to be expected. The CCQ will continue to follow the situation closely and will quickly re-establish measures to ensure that priority services are not interrupted, if necessary.

Even if there are disruptions in the postal service, it is your responsibility to fulfil your obligations to the CCQ set out by the law and the regulations. These may include, for example, payments or provision of documents. Alternative means are available to enable you to fulfil your obligations.
