The Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse (CDPDJ) is the body that oversees compliance with the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms. This body can intervene in situations of discrimination and discriminatory harassment in the workplace.

You can file a complaint with the CDPDJ when:

  • You are the victim of discrimination on the part of your employer or an employer who refuses to hire you.
  • You are the victim of discriminatory harassment.
