To consult your personal information (for example, address, insurance payment statements, result of a qualification examination), you can use our online services. You can also contact us to make changes to this information.

If you would like a family member – or someone else – to have access to the personal information in your file, you must authorize the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) to send it to that person.

To authorize access to your personal information to other people you have chosen, you must use:

• Our online “Autorisation” service
• Or the form Personal and Confidential Information – Authorization or Revocation Form
