Today marks a major milestone for the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) with the official launch of the improved online services. 

Just like on a real worksite, we’ve laid solid foundations for the project by focusing on security, performance, and reliability. Every step was carefully tested to provide you with the best user experience possible. 

What you can expect with the improved online services: 

  • Access the online services from your mobile device. 
  • One single account for all your profiles. 
  • Information that is easier to find. 
  • Easily submit and track requests online with the CCQ. 
  • A simple, modern platform to submit the monthly report.

Important reminders for employers 

Monthly reports for November and December 2025 

If you work with an accountant or submit your reports yourself: monthly reports for November and December 2025 must be paid and submitted online by January 27, 2026. No penalties will apply. 

Statements of account 

Statements of account for November and December 2025 will only become available once the monthly reports are submitted and processed in the new systems. Processing delays may occur. 

Monthly reports must now be paid electronically 

Monthly reports and amendments must now be paid electronically. It’s a simple, reliable, and quick process that will save you time while reducing the risk of errors. 

Starting today, any payments for monthly reports and amendments will have to be made through your financial institution or by pre-authorized payment (PAD).
