Reinforcing Steel Erector Examination

The examination is 3 hours long. It contains 60 questions and each question ia worth 1 point. The required passing grade is 60%. The materials for your use during the examination are provided to you. They are: a pencil, a paper sheet, a calculator and an eraser. No other material or reference document is allowed during the examination.

Familiarize yourself with lines, levels and templates
Mark the structure
Install supports, spacers, bars, stirrups and wire mesh
Attach reinforcement steel and wire mesh
Reinforce the steel structure for rigging (prefabricated)
Check assembly conformity
Complete a structure with a post-tensioning prestressed system

Section 3 - Perform modification and preparation work on reinforcement steel (20%)

Adjust steel reinforcement bars
Connect steel reinforcement bars
Weld reinforcement steel
