The Conseil des ministres appoints two new CCQ administrators

On November 26, 2014, the Conseil des ministres appointed Sonia Morissette and Claude Blouin to be independent members of the CCQ’s board of directors.

Ms. Morissette is an industrial engineer with a master’s degree in project management. She has worked at Nortel and Bombardier, where she held various positions linked to business processes and information technologies. She is currently president of Technovel inc., which offers its clients workforce organization solutions.

Mr. Blouin has had a long career in the civil service. He has worked in the agriculture sector as well as in the Ministère du Revenu and the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale, where he has held various deputy minister positions. He has also been CEO of the Centre de services partagés du Québec. Currently, he is a strategic consultant in public administration.
