Duration: 30 hours

Content: Survey of regulatory aspects; Survey of situations are non-standard, non-compliant, and bear risk of contamination; application of appropriate pipe-sanitizing methods; collecting water samples.

Prerequisite: Having taken an upgrading activity at the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) on installation of underground pipes or being able to prove that more than 1,000 hours of work have been accumulated and reported to the CCQ in an occupation.

Clientele: Holders of a competency certificate-occupation (CCO) (civil engineering and roadwork)
