You will be asked to produce two pieces of official identification at the exam session, including one with a photograph. The following pieces are accepted: passport, driver’s permit (Canadian), health insurance card (Canadian), Permanent Resident card, certificate of Indian Status, Canadian social insurance card, certificate or copy of act of birth issued by the Registrar of Civil Status, competency certificate issued by the CCQ. No other pieces of identification will be accepted.
