Pension statements

Each year, a pension statement is sent to participants, retirees, and surviving spouses who receive a pension from the pension fund. This statement provides information on the plan and on their personal file. These statements are sent to the last known address. It is therefore important to contact the CCQ’s Customer Services whenever your address changes.

2016 annual statements

The statements will be mailed out between June 9 and October 9 2017. If you have money in the plan and have not received your annual statement by the end of October, it is possible that your contact information in our files is not up to date. Contact Customer Services so that we can update this information and send you a copy of your statement. This way, you will also be sure to receive future written communications concerning your pension fund.

With your statement, you will receive the leaflet Rétrospective 2016 (In French only). It contains a good deal of information on the pension plan and its financial situation as of December 31, 2016. You can also find detailed tables in the subsection “Investments and returns.”
